What areas do you serve for weddings?
Yes. I photograph weddings across Idaho and am available for destination celebrations worldwide. For weddings, travel is thoughtfully incorporated into your custom proposal so everything feels seamless. For sessions outside of the Treasure Valley, travel fees may apply depending on location.
Do you photograph destination weddings or travel for sessions?
Most couples book 9–18 months in advance, especially for peak wedding season dates. If you already have your date and venue, I recommend reaching out sooner rather than later, as availability can fill quickly.
How far in advance should we book a wedding photographer?
To officially reserve your date, a signed contract and a non-refundable retainer are required. The remaining balance is split into payments leading up to your wedding day. Once everything is completed, your date is secured and I begin preparing for your day.
What is required to book?
Yes. Payments are broken into installments leading up to your wedding day to make the investment more manageable.
Do you offer payment plans?
Each gallery is thoughtfully curated with storytelling in mind. I focus on quality over quantity, delivering images that feel intentional, meaningful, and true to your day. The final number of images varies depending on your coverage and how your day naturally unfolds, but you can expect a well-rounded gallery that fully tells your story.
How many images will we receive?
Yes, absolutely. After you inquire, we’ll connect and talk through your vision and what matters most to you. I’ll guide you toward the best coverage for your day, and for weddings, I create a custom photography timeline while working alongside your planner or coordinator so everything flows naturally.
Can you help us choose the right coverage and build a timeline?
This is completely normal, and most couples feel this way at first. I guide you in a way that feels natural and comfortable, so you’re never left wondering what to do. My approach focuses on connection rather than stiff posing, so your photos feel effortless and true to you.
What if we feel awkward in front of the camera?
My editing style is natural and true to color, with a focus on capturing you as you are. I don’t change body shape or features, but I do gently remove small distractions like blemishes or flyaway hairs. My goal is for your images to feel polished, honest, and still completely like you.
Do you retouch skin or body features?
Yes. 35mm film is available as an add-on and can be woven alongside digital coverage to create a timeless, nostalgic feel that reflects your day in a more intentional way.
Can we include 35mm film in our wedding or session?
Yes. I work closely with planners, coordinators, and your vendor team to ensure everything flows smoothly and your day is documented intentionally from start to finish.
Do you work with planners and other vendors?
Sessions are delivered within 4–6 weeks, and weddings and elopements within 10–12 weeks. Sneak peeks are shared once your film is developed so your gallery feels cohesive and true to your day.
What is your turnaround time?
Yes. Engagement sessions, rehearsal dinner coverage, boudoir sessions, 35mm film, and heirloom albums can all be added to your experience to further personalize your wedding coverage.
